Topic: Extremely Hissy Headphone outs on Babyface Pro?

Hi!
I found the headphone outs on my Babyface Pro to be hissy to the point of unusable.
I disconnected everything apart from the computer and listened to some music to see where the noise might be coming in, but that did not make a difference.
What might I be doing wrong?

Please define hissy. High frequency noise? Distortion? Always present or only with a signal?

Check in TM FX that the mic inputs are set to Gain 0 dB, and not routed to the phones output. If so and there is 'hiss' then the unit might be defective.
