Not directly.
However, you can do so using the Loopback feature in TotalMix FX. This one overwrites the input signal with whatever mix is present at the corresponding output channel. For instance, make a mix on AES out, apply reverb etc. then activate Loopback. Now if you record AES in, you get the full mix on AES out, including any effects applied in TotalMix.

Yes, there is a switch in Fireface USB Settings, EQ + D for Record.
Thanks again. Just curious, why there wasn't a similar switch for reverb to be printed? Is that because reverb is generally something you never really want to print?
Because the reverb is not limited to one input (pair), the eq and compressors are. Put another way, EQ and comp are insert FX, reverb and delay send fx
