Are there any points I should be cautious about in buying 1-year old ADI-2 Pro? Assume it is not stolen. Are there limitations in my planned use scenario that would make buying a new, current model a better idea?

My use is home listening. Currently, I use a UFX and Acourate digital room correction software to output 2 Stereo + 2 Subwoofer analog channels.

My planned use is to keep the UFX to receive digital input from external player sources and  to pass the digital signal by AES or ADAT to the ADI-2 Pro.  Planned Analog output from the ADI-2 is 4-channel (Stereo mains and subs). Alternatively, I could use the ADI-2 for the mains and the UFX for the sub channels.
