Is it really so that AIS4 is not seen by Alsa? The HDSP- mixer shows my 9632 card but when AI4S is connected the mixer app fails to show up. Funny enough the Ardour lets record thru those channels (13-16).
Obviously on the HDSP-mixer app has only 12 chs and those four extra takes it down.

The system is the newest AV-linux.
