In CC mode under Linux, how do I change channel 9, 10, 11 and 12's mic/line/inst modes?

You can't. The UFX is the better unit for such an application as you can change most parameters via its screen.

Is there a full midi-map available on how to do this?
or i.e. some usb hid/cdc/vendor specifics !?
