Topic: No sound channel 1 output

I think I have a bad Channel ,  no output sound. CH 1 input shows it working but there is no output showing. How do I check the warranty and get this repaired? Used the same setting and Ch 2 which works. I'm a new user and bought this from an individual.
Anyone in Austin TX service this product?
