Topic: cannot unlink two faders in output section

Outputs 3/4 and 5/6 are permanently linked, with a red color on the fader knobs. None of the buttons in the Groups section are lit up. i have even tried to re-link the two channels and then clear, but it made no difference.

I also tried the complete reset, but it still did not change the linked behavior.

What do you think I should do to unlink these two faders? Thanks.!

That doesn't sound like TotalMix 1.50 (3).

Yes, it is version 1.50 (3).

Exit TM FX. Go to the TotalMix folder described in the manual and delete the current TotalMix file of your interface manually. Start TM FX.

It's in the chapter 'Store for Current or All Users (Windows)'.

I don't see a separate manual on the RME site, just something like this: https://archiv.rme-audio.de/download/dface_e.pdf

But the section on TotalMixFX does not include any chapter such as you mentioned.

Is there another manual i should be looking at? if so, do you have the link? Thanks!

OK, i deleted everything in that folder, then rebuilt my workspace, and now all is back to normal. Thanks.

You could have spared me and yourself some time by mentioning the Digiface in your first post already. And there is a manual update for the new drivers including TotalMix FX, easy to find on the download page:

For the record I am running on a HDSPe RayDAT card using 16 channels of ADAT in/outs.
