Will i get the same latency results with Madiface, express card and a PCIe Adaptor VS HDSPe Madi?

Apart from the device specific differences and possible problems with the PCIe adaptor itself (or your mainboard BIOS): generally yes. The adapter usually does not introduce additional latency at least.

Thanks Timur, But what about the Firewire cable that connect the HDSPe to the Madiface? Does that add any latency?

A Firewire cable can not add "latency"....

So basically the Madiface plus the old HDSPe card is 100% the same as a HDSPe Madi as far as specs go?
