Hello all,

The 1/4 TRS balanced audio inputs on channels 5/6 of my RME UCX have gotten very loose and sometimes no longer make good contact with the cables - I cannot tell if this is because the jack itself is "loose" or if the jack has come loose from the mainboard somehow over time. The unit does not travel - stays on my studio desk - but I was troubleshooting a scratchy left channel and found that wiggling the cable in the jack causes the issue.

What is the recommended solution for fixing this or at least improving it?
