Topic: RME UFX II - WIN10 - driver_madiface_win_09680 problem

Hello everybody,

I´ve upgraded and expanded my rig recently and I´ve got UFX II to replace the old babyface. I have issues with driver_madiface_win_09680 as it´s not showing in the tray and when I try to turn it on manually from the installation folder, nothing´s happening. UFX II is shown in the device manager with the triangle icon. Seems the driver is not working properly.

Now, what I did up to now. I´ve uninstalled the driver_madiface_win_09680. I took my old babyface, installed the driver and boom, it worked like a charm. iObit announced new driver installed and startup apps (totalmix and settings) are allowed. When I install driver_madiface_win_09680 nothing´s happening, no notification. An installer is reporting Ready to Use. But, the driver seems not responding, or something. I performed a restart after each installation.

PC is WIN10Pro 1803 running i7 5630k, 64gb RAM on Asus DELUXE u3.1.

Please, help.

Check that Class Compliant Mode is set to OFF in the unit's display (Setup/REV - Hardware & Diagnosis).
