Hello, Can a Babyface Pro & HDSP 9652 be used in the same computer/DAW together?
A DAW can only use one ASIO driver.
BBFP and HDSP card use different ASIO drivers.
With Apple you can eventually use smth like an aggregate device.
Under Windows you would need to use ASIO4ALL.
Both interfaces need to be clock synchronized (you could use ADAT for that).
And both interfaces need to be set to the same ASIO buffersize.
Finally you would need to operate 2 TM FX instances, one per recording interface,
but you can't route channels across TM FX instances.
I would recommend to use ONE recording interface if possible.
Thanks for the reply ramses! Good information.
Cascading of interfaces is also possible, that you route i.e. some analog channels via ADAT to the main recording interface.
