Topic: Digicheck EBU R 128 levels showing too low

Hi! Can some kind fellow help me understand why the EBU R 128 meter is showing only -20 LUFS when I playback the EBU official test signal that is pinknoise mixed to -23 LUFS?
Playback is coming from WaveLab through ASIO, soundcard is HDSP(e) AIO PCI-express, latest driver.

Hammerfall DSP has "output level" +4dBu but this setting does not seem to have any affect for the Digicheck LUFS amount.

Uncheck the "RMS +3dB" option ...

Thanks, I tried again and noticed that it does affect the left meters. Still the right side meters (M S and I) and showing -20 LUFS.

I guess ITU is following the "RMS = peak" thing - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DBFS (which means "RMS +3dB" is forced enabled for it).
