Topic: Please help _Launch Remote_ & _Level output control_ (RME noobie)

Hi guys, finally after many years I had the chance to put my hands on a RME product.
It's a RME fireface 400. I bought I from a friend and it works perfectly.

I just downloaded the latest version of the TotalMix Remote but it won't launch. Any idea?

Another issue is that I just can't control the level output from the push-to-select knob of the interface. I believe I have to select the right parameter in order to change the volume, but I've tried all of them and nothing happened.

I'm on a OS X Yosemite 10.10.2

TotalMix remote should be installed on the remote machine controlling the other machine that has the FF400 attached.

If the FF400 driver is already running, the remote won't launch.

Had me puzzled for a moment too big_smile

A remote is completely useless on a host. It is thought to be used on a machine other than the one that has the audio interface attached.
