Greetings RME Users,

In August 2018 I purchased an RME Fireface 802 from Thomann USA.  The unit has performed very well until a week ago when I encountered a bad mic XLR/ multi jack on input 10.   XLR input #10 does not receive any signal and shows no activity on the signal light regardless of the xlr cable, mic, 1/4 TS, instrument mode, 48V mode, etc. No other inputs are effected.  RME TotalMix shows no input level either on AN10.  I can only assume this XLR input has failed. Are there any tricks or diagnostic software tools to reset or see whats going on?  When the unit boots up, all the lights blink on during POST, and there 0 errors mentioned in TotalMix Device Info.
