Topic: ADI-2 PRO FS BK PH3/4 headphone jack Isuue

Hi,
I have some issues about the PH3/4 headphone jack.
The left channel of this jack stopped working.
When it was working few month ago,the volume reducing itself randomly.
But it worked fine after I replug the headphone, therefore I thought it was OK to me.

Now I need to reboot it and it works at the beginning,but the volume of the left channel decreasing to nothing.
I wonder if this is about the firmware or hardware.
Anyone know anything about it ?

Have you tried using a previous firmware update to troubleshoot the cause.

I think different versions can be selected in the menu.

Different configs but not different firmwares.

If firmware is suspected by RME, then they give you a download link for an older version.
I personally doubt that this is a firmware issue, as then its much likely that more ppl would be impacted,
but this is a single report. Maybe damaged encoder or smth in that range ?!

This looks like a hardware issue to me - please contact the retailer.
