Topic: UCX no FX return

Hello

I have had the UCX for some time now and absolutely adore it. I recently tried to use some reverb for some live monitoring and am getting no effect return. The % goes up when activating the reverb (it does not when selecting Echo). Send on the mic is all the way up (and return on main all the way up). The FX IN meter is showing signal but nothing on the FX OUT meter. Running WIN 7 with the newest (2019) driver and Total Mix 1.60.

Am I missing something or is there something else I could do to rectify this? Is it possible to roll back to a previous firmware and if so where could I find this?

Any help/guidance is much appreciated

What does 'some time' mean exactly? The DSP might be defectrive. Does the 3 band PEQ still work?

I have had the unit for 6years. Similar to another thread, when I boot up the device I am getting an E.2 before the PH. The EQ and Dynamics both work. This is just the Reverb/Echo

Then the unit needs service. Please contact your local distributor.
