Topic: Strange Colors on some channels?
I searched thru the manual for color related topics but couldn't find anything that seems to explain this. My first two stereo pairs have a weird orange color on them. What is this?

The color and icon at the top indicates these channels are selected in a MIDI controller (Mackie, etc)
Where can I read more about this? Its not in my Digiface USB manual
And holy crap, hey Jeff!!!! Justin is still using the RME HDSP9652 we got from you to code REAPER, still using it today at his jam pad and I think live! The interface that keeps on giving!!!
That's great to hear! Maybe the HDSP cards can be handed down as family heirlooms. I just got an updated license for Reaper last week, what a great app.
Check pg 56-62 in the manual, several options for remote control.

I see the thing about the control but nothing about the coloring, or why its only those two that are colored
22.4 Operation
The channels being under Mackie MIDI control are indicated by a colour change of the name field, black turns to brown
It's not two but 4 channels. Check or present your settings then we might be able to help.
Oh man I forgot the "u" you guys spelled it with just an "o" in the first few pages
