Topic: M-32 AD IP Adress missing!

Hello Forum,

I changed the Network Cable of this Unit and from there the ip Adresse is gone, so i can’t adress the m-32 via Browser. I changed back to the old cable but no change there.

Is there a way to get a new one?

Hi Lutz,

does it work with the other cable after restarting the unit?
After changing the cables during runtime, are the LEDs at the ethernet jack on or off?
Is AVB still working?
What link state is shown in the display? (see user manual 3.14. Network Connection)

Hi Marc,
Thank you for the hint to the lights. As I double checked everything, I found out that the connector was not plugged properly deep to the “click” in that jack. As I gave it a drop, everything is running as expected again. I didn’t know how I can do it again with different cable, so...big thanx.
