Topic: Usb outpout broken

hello,

I have broke my usb outpout on my fireface UCX

it's not exacly broken, but it's moving and sometime the connection with my computer turn off

do you know how to fixe it?

This is a user forum.

For things like repair etc I would go the more formal way and contact RME through their official support e-mail to find out whether you still have warranty from either seller or RME.

They will tell you then the next steps.
