Topic: no FX out - unknown sequence on startup

Hello,

My UCX is failing to send FX out.
I restarted (power off/on) the interface and I got the following sequence:
8:8
2.6
E.2
PH

Any help is welcomed?

Sorry, but there is an internal error so your unit needs service/repair. Please contact your local distributor.
