Topic: Win 10 PC unable to Recognize ADI-2 Pro

Hi,

Brought a used ADI-2 Pro intending to use it as a ADC to digitize my vinyl collection (using vinylstudio pro software).

Installed the latest driver [driver_madiface_win_09685.zip],
Plugged in a USB link between the ADI-2 Pro and a Win 10 home edition PC,
Turn on the ADI-2 Pro,
.......

The PC did not detect the ADI-2 Pro sad

I am stuck, and can't seem to know what to troubleshoot next ....

Help .....

Did you try all USB 2 and 3 ports or a different USB cable ?

Thanks, don't understand why, but change from a USB3.0 to USB2.0 port solve the problem.

Managed to trial record (into DSD256) through USB to PC from the analog inputs.
(using "DAC" mode)
