is it possible to add this feature on your soundcards or in totalmix?

Some recording devices have this on all analog outputs, see my Excel table:

if i read correctly (i dont speak german) the babyface pro has this only on phone outputs?

Yes, if you want to have it on all analog output channels, then you need (old UFX), 802, UFX II, UFX+.
