Topic: FF800 - After update to OS Mojave only left channel sound in headphone

Hi there,

I had posted this topic earlier today but it got deleted?

After upgrading to OS Mojave, I had only sound on left channel of my headphones.

I received a reply to reset Totalmix, which I did and now there's no sound through both sides of my headphones.

Does anyone what the problem might be?

Here's the screenshot of my total mix now:

Update: receiving only sound on left headphone channel again.

Have you tested other headphones?

Try to restore your backup and re-check.

maybe your matrix configuration is wrong. Better use default configuration for fixing the problem.

Yes, true, resetting mix would be a good idea to check.

I have done a total reset, but still the same issue:

You see a stereo signal on SW playback 1/2, by this I have to assume, that Mojave doesn't block anything
otherwise TM FX wouldnt see a stereo signal on the SW playback channel.

TM FX shows also a stereo signal going out to Phones 1, which is AN 9/10.

Maybe there is an issue with the phones amp, not sending anything out on one of the two channels,
so to say FF800 phones output defective.
