Topic: total mix crash

Hi,
I have downloaded and installed RME fireface ucx driver for mac released in date 2019-11-09 (zip name: driver_fw_mac_339).
When I start the program appears a black window and the program closes with crash error (Exception Type: EXC_CRASH SIGABRT) I've tried to instal it twice and restart computer. I've tried also to switch from firewire to usb but with no results...
I'm using Logic Pro on a iMac 2011 macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
Can you help me?

Go to Library/Preferences/RME TotalMix FX (out of my head, you'll find it ...) and move all files in there ot a different place. Try to start TM FX again.

I can't find the indicated folder, i've tried:
Library/Preferences/
Library/Preferences/Audio
Library/Audio/
and more...
but no "RME" or "total mix"
i've tried also cmd+f but I think there are other ways...

Library/Preferences/RME TotalMix FX on my Mac. Others reported

Library/Application Support/RME TotalMix FX

How to open the correct 'Library': Switch to the Finder. Press and hold down the Option key on the keyboard. From the Go menu, select Library.
