Is this RME setup is compatible with a brand new PC(2019) windows 10 64 bit ?

Current HDSPe driver is compatible to: HDSP/HDSPe MADI, AES, RayDAT, 9632, 9652, AIO, MADIface, Multiface, Digiface, RPM

Did that work?  -- What is that Taiwan made Adaptor? Will it also take the earlier PCMCIA Cardbus Card?

I have a similar adapter card working in a Thunderbolt PCIe chassis...
