I'm trying to run two synths at the same time. I've got the first synth connected to the midi ports in the back of the UFX and that's working fine, but when I plug the second midi cables for my second synth into the front of the UFX (i.e. in the In and Out of "MIDI 2"), my DAW doesn't register anything. Is there something that needs to be set up beforehand? The first one worked right away, so I'm not sure why the front ports don't also work in a plug-and-play manner. Any ideas?
