Topic: Loopback - recording output to DAW

I have currently set up my Adat out 3/4 to my Akai Force, so that I can route my synths for recording thru pfl. Found out I can route the headphones 3 to out 3/4 so when I push the pfl for the track I want to record, it sends the signal to Force.

But I would like to being able to do the same for recording to the same input on a DAW. Then I can use the same stereo input without changing everytime.

I think I can do that by using Loopback, but really know nothing on how to do it. Is it difficult? Can you please do a step by step on how to do it?
