Topic: Light green lights

Hello , I have RME FF400
When I turn on the power for my studio I found all the lights of my interface turning on with a light green light ! And flashes
And my Logic Pro don't see the interface , so I unplugg the power cable few times then it's start normally !

The power supply might be on it's last legs. Try another one?

A new thing happened here
Now when I put on the power cable all the lights of my interface is flashing with all colors . Red green and yellow !
I'm in a middle of a project sad

Actually I'm in Egypt and I think we haven't a RME dealer here , I have it during a musical tour in Germany , and really it's amazing audio interface as I have Motu 828 and now it's sleeps in my garage
Will you advice me how can I arrange samiller one enstade ?

A fast change happened here !!!
Now it is compleatly no lights hmm
It's dead ...

Then grab a different power supply. And check that the switch on the back is set correctly to use it.

Can you send me the specification of the power supply I should buy? As I'm from Egypt and - I think - no dealer here ?
So I can buy samiller one from the market

12 V 1.5 A or 12 V 2 A, DC, + on center of the 2.1 mm connector.

You are right , it's the power supply smile
I have found it easy here and Everything is working correct
