RME User Forum → FireWire & USB series → UFX II - No longer seen... Help Please - Please
All was going fine until I booted up yesterday.
UFX II was not recognized at all. TotalMix wouldn't start up.
Tried uninstalling/reinstalling driver etc.
Tried different ports.
Tried different cables.
Tried a second computer... same result.... (see photo below).
Feels like a hardware issue. The UFX II still shows signal coming in but no USB recognition.
Please help me!

Any other suggestions before I send this back?
Try different computer or laptop. Roll back latest windows update.
Tried a second computer with a earlier W10 version.
Same result.
Jeff at Synthax suggested sending it back (it's 2 weeks old).
Then if possible an exchange for a new one at the shop if they go for that. Some do that for a limited period (1-4 weeks most of the time)
