No, this expansion card is only for HDSPe AIO.

The DA chip is matched to the AIO. For HDSP 9632 it's better to find the older non-AIO model for matched chip.

When you use the matched expansion card, the latency is matched as well as the audio characteristics. When mismatched they will have a difference of a few samples in latency. Usually this is no big problem, but it can cause issues with phase.
