Topic: HDSPe Expresscard cardbus working on Linux/GNU

Greetings fellow RME (about to be) owners,

I'm glad to inform linux laptop users who have been wondering about the same issue as I have for awhile.  "Does the new HDSPe Expresscard cardbus work on my system?"

The answer is simply YES.  I'm pairing it with a Multiface 1, on a Compaq 3031 laptop running Ubuntu 8.04.  Hope this information is helpful as I haven't seen any answers to this itching question!

The same applies to the HDSPe PCI card. They both work with the hdsp driver, simply plug in your IO Box. The upcoming update of the hdsp driver also includes support for the RPM.
