Topic: Sync Cable to connect HDSPe AIO with HDSPe MADI internally

Hi,

First post here. Just bought an AIO to add more external monitoring options to existing Ferrofish Pulse 16 MX > HDSPe MADI system I've been running for a while. Want to connect the 2 cards internally such that I can run them in tandem through Cubase (shared ASIO driver as seems to be the case).


Looking at the AIO card, my guess is the cable of interest connects in the white *Sync* port. Looks like a simple 3 pin ribbon.

Rummaged through my boxes of both cards and did not see that cable. Is this supposed to come with either the MADI or AIO?
Is this cable generic or RME proprietary?

It is possible to maintain word clock sync between the cards with an internal cable (saves you from buying the optional Word Clock Module for the AIO). I don't know if that cable is still in the box, but it should be available via your local distributor.

Thanks for the reply. It was not in the boxes because I bought refurb cards from Synthax but they sent me the sync cable.
