Topic: RME Babyface randomly outputting only Left channel to PH3/4?

My Babyface (not pro) seems to cut off output occasionally and play only the left/right channel. It takes me resetting a few times to actually get it to play again. Anyone know what might be the issue? I'm so worried if I need to send this back for repair as I'm in middle of a project and can't really afford the downtime.

Hello!

Is that reflected in TotalMix, at the Phones Output(third row)?
What about Software Playback(second row), as well?

Also, have you tried your Phones with another device? A loose connection, maybe?

Are the drivers and firmware up to date?
What operating system?

That both channels are outputting correctly, the TotalMix setup looks fine.

Yep same.

Also, have you tried your Phones with another device? A loose connection, maybe?
Yeah they work fine with my friend's dac, its only this issue on the babyface


Are the drivers and firmware up to date?
Both updated and flashed to the latest updated (2019) for windows 10.

is it only on the breakout cable Phones jack, the side Phones jack, or both?

The breakout headphone jack works intermittently (this is the original Babyface),
The side phones jack is usually the issue, noticed like even when it's working if i touch the unit the audio shifts to one side for a moment as well.
