Topic: ARC USB Knob

Hello All,

I just picked up an ARC USB to control my fireface ufx (can't believe I waited so long).  It is fabulous.

Here's a quick question. 

Is there any way to purchase or obtain a second encoder knob?

I don't really prefer the flat wheel and would like to build my own raised knob but I don't want to destroy the only one I have.  So, I would like to purchase or obtain a second wheel that I can modify.

Thanks in advance for the help.  RME is simply the best gear.

Contact Synthax US about the encoder wheel as spare part. I don't know the price and how long it will take to you, but basically that is possible.
