I’m thinking of a new computer and need Mac and Windows. Rather than two computers I can afford a higher spec (probably Mac mini) by having one computer and using bootcamp to switch. I already have an RME HDSPe AES. I’ve been looking at a Sonnet Thunderbolt 3 expansion chassis.

Does anyone have experience using an RME card on a Sonnet TB chassis on bootcamp?

I know that Apple/Microsoft/Sonnet don’t officially support expansion chassis’ over bootcamp, but does anyone have any real world experience to either reassure me or warn me off the idea?
