Topic: Mac mini 2020 and Fireface 800

Hell all!

So I'm looking to upgrade my old 2008 Mac pro to the new 2020 Mac mini, which means jumping into the whole firewire/thunderbolt 3 journey. I've read most of the post regarding how to jerry-rig the endless series of expensive mac dongles to make this work. But I'm also reading about audio artifacts and dropouts. Is there anyone out there who hasn't encountered problems with this configuration? Would like to keep my Fireface 800 if I can.

Should work fine, I'm still rocking FF400-->Fw400/800 adaptor-->FW800/TB adaptor with no difference from my old FW400 setup, except that I need to use AC power instead of bus power. Works great!
