Topic: My TotalMix Utility doesn't have EQ

I have a Digiface USB box which came with TotalMix FX.  There are tutorials on your site which show the TotalMix FX with EQ buttons, but it's a different version.  Is it because of ADAT vs AES?  I want to be able to EQ the signal out of the Digiface USB...

Re: My TotalMix Utility doesn't have EQ

FX (EQ, Dynamics, Echo, Reverb) vary across the interfaces. What each interface can do is described on the product page and in the manual. The DF USB does not have FX.

My Excel overview might help you to identify recording interfaces with FX chip on board, see line 62:
https://www.tonstudio-forum.de/index.ph … 0-04-xlsx/

The Focus of my Excel are USB/TB based recording interfaces, thus one card is not listed, the HDSPe MADI FX, which is the only PCIe based card with a FX chip on board.

The Excel file is part of this blog article: https://www.tonstudio-forum.de/blog/ind … B-MADIfac/ and contains also some other useful information collected from: product pages, manuals, information from RME forum.
