Topic: TotalMix FX issue - fader not responding?

I have a brand new UFX+ and i have a few issue.
first issue, that seems to have been resolved with update: 48V on/off didn't work.

Second issue, main out fader moves, but it doesn't actually change any levels.
it works if i change it with the big button on the front, but the change via big knob doesn't actually reflect in totalmix...

if i reset the interface, it starts working again.

connected via USB3 for now.

it wasn't resolved.
TotalMix at one point displays all the meters as its supposed to, behaves as one would expect it to behave, but none of the controls actually do anything to the hardware until i reset the unit.

I switched to a different USB port...
so far so good? I hope it solved it.

might have been USB port dropping connection. Partly. so everything except audio.
I think i remember having this happen with certain multi USB-C to USB3.0 converters - device still powered but unresponsive.

So yeah... connected to a single USB-C / USB3 adapter now and it works flawlessly for the last 3 hours.

Gonna pin this one on the adapter.
