Hey! I just purchased a Babyface Pro and its not connecting to my computer. Heres the steps I have taken and what is happening so far. I have downloaded the updated driver and restarted multiple times. Im using a Del Pro Book with windows 10

1. Nothing but the 'Out' on the side was lighting up when I plugged it in
2. Held down in select and dim and put it into PC mode
3. Whenever I plug it it in down, the lights flash erratically and it automatically goes back to CC mode.
4. Even in PC mode, it wont connect. Even when I go into my DAW, I cant find it as an audio device

Im not sure what I am missing here. I am very green with recording and computers, I am just a meager guitar player pulling his hair out at this roadblock

Please help!!
