Topic: USB Bus Power means Babyface Pro FS is always on?

Since it's bus-powered, the Babyface continues to get power when I put my iMac to sleep.  Is that a problem long-term?  I almost never shut the machine down, so the interface will effectively be on for months or years at a time.  Is that OK, or should I unplug the USB from the interface when it's not being used?

2.5 Watts power consumption present no technical problem.

I'm not worried about power consumption, rather if the constant uptime would hurt the Babyface in any way, but it sounds like it's OK?
