Topic: RME thunderbolt interfaces ?

is RME planning to make any thunderbolt interfaces in the near future ?

I understand that RME’s driver technology is so solid that RME USB2 interfaces are faster than many TB interfaces from other manufacturers.
But,
The big issue with usb interfaces for me often is usb ground loop noise, which often exists in setups like when using a hardware keyboard workstation as a midi controller and sound source (using keyboard as a midi controller thru usb-midi and having audio outputs connected to audio interface which is connected to computer by usb)

I can recommend the UFX+ as well, its a very good recording interface:

An overview about the interface and the improvements over the old flagship interface UFX: https://www.tonstudio-forum.de/blog/ind … 8-RME-UFX/

Very useful functions like DURec give a great useability: https://www.tonstudio-forum.de/blog/ind … -DURec-DE/

Its even over USB3 as reliable as a PCIe based recording interface: https://www.tonstudio-forum.de/blog/ind … cks-de-en/

You can nicely expand it via MADI: https://www.tonstudio-forum.de/blog/ind … Cber-MADI/
