I can't remember I saw this before, and I didn't see it explained in the manual (overlooked it, probably...):
The active LED of the Output Level section on the very right of the front panel is flashing all the time: what does it mean?

which LED exactly are you referring to? Does it flash regularly? Is anything connected to the digital inputs?

in the Output Level section on the very right there are 4 LEDs. Only one at a time is usually active, and this active one was flashing all the time. Next day it was gone - but maybe it will return? Is it described in the manual?
ADAT input connected and working. No sync error.
Not something I've seen, to be honest...
