ich hatte gestern einen Dauerton (ähnlich wie ein Midi-Hänger) und konnte sowohl Cubase wie auch den Dauerton, nur durch herunterfahren meines PC killen.
Nach erneuten Starten bleibt im FF800 die rote Lampe an und das FF wird in Cubase nicht mehr gefunden.
Im Gerätemanager erscheint seit dem unter IEEE1394 Bus-Hostcontroller der OHCI-konforme VIA 1394-Hostcontroller mit einem gelben Ausrufezeichen (Das Gerät kann nicht gestartet werden. (Code 10))
Ich habe bereits den Treiber der Firewirekarte aktualisieren lassen aber keine Änderung.
Die Totalmix und Setting Icons erschienen noch in der Taskleiste, allerdings konnte man diese nicht klicken und kam nicht in die Einstellung. Nach der deinstallation des FF800 in der Systemsteuerung kann nun kein Treiber mehr installiert werden. Die Install Routine läuft zwar aber in der Taskleiste und in der Systemsteuerung erschein nun kein RME Eintrag mehr.
Hatte schon öfter gelesen dass es der Firewirechip im Gerät sein kann, was natürlich bei solch einem teuren Gerät sehr ärgerlich ist.

Woran kann es liegen dass auf einmal nichts mehr geht?

yesterday I had a continuous tone (similar to a midi hanger) and could kill both Cubase and the continuous tone only by shutting down my PC.
After restarting, the red lamp in the FF800 stays on and the FF is no longer found in Cubase.
Since then, the OHCI-compliant VIA 1394 host controller with a yellow exclamation mark has appeared in the device manager under IEEE1394 bus host controller (The device cannot be started. (Code 10))
I have already updated the driver of the firewire card but no change.
The total mix and setting icons still appeared in the taskbar, but you could not click them and did not get into the setting. After uninstalling the FF800 in the control panel, it is no longer possible to install a driver. The install routine is running in the task bar and in the control panel there are no more RME entries.
I had read many times that it could be the firewire chip in the device, which of course is very annoying with such an expensive device.

How can it be that suddenly nothing works anymore?
