Topic: Shocker, Brand New BFP FS suddenly clips/nearly inaudible at +19db (?)

Everything was fine. Turn off my PC (Win 10 64 Intel i7, etc). Turn it on. Now, if I want to perceive audio, the BFP FS must be nearly to the level of clipping at +19db (to active monitors)... I want to throw it as far as I can.

Please contact our support if you have trouble with the unit. They are there to help and do so. Using this forum to vent your frustration is no solution and doesn't help anyone - even not yourself.

Loop the line outputs directly to the line inputs - do you see the same level coming in as you see going out (in Totalmix)? What about the phones output?
