Topic: Can't set RME FF 802 with MacBook Pro

Hello !

I use the RME Fireface 802 since years with an old imac (yosemite) with firewire connection.
It runs well, but i would like to set up my sound card with USB on my new MB Pro (2019) 16" running with Catalina.

I installed the USB drivers, but nothing appears on the computer. I tried the USB flash update, but nothing ..
The USB led keeps blue on the soundcard but i can't find the interface on my computer.


Does anyone have advices for me ?

Thank your for your answer.
I check the pdf, but i don't have any "blocked" software in my preferences, and can't figure out where are the setting dialog (maybe you talk about fireface USB settings in my applications folder ?).

In all way, i can't change anything in totalmix or USB settings...

That message in System Preferences is only temporary. Run the installer again, restart the Mac and check again.
