Topic: Brand New Babyface Pro FS - Not being seen by windows

Drivers seem to install, device isn't noticed in device manager. Tried on my macbook, drivers won't work here either.
Def checked both ways "(PC & CC)" neither helped.

Any advice anyone?

Please check the right-angle USB cable is fully inserted into the unit, it can be a little bit tight at first.

Def checked that, this seems to be a USB driver issue.

I got it to work via PC, but if I disconnect the USB, it takes a good 15 times plugging it in for windows to let the RME apps talk to the device.

It feels like windows is trying to stop the device from talking to the USB ports. Weird.

There's no known driver issue here - have you tried another USB cable or port?
