Topic: no loopback buttons on total mix 1.65

hi staff and users,

i just saw a video by rme on youtube where i can use a loopback function with a press of a button in order to record system audio into my daw (studio one 5) on win 10. however - that button for loopback doesn't even exist in my total mix fx version (1.65) at all - as well as (as a side note) i don`t see any option for the dsp fx either (as shown in the video)...
can someone of you point me out on what i am doing wrong?

i use a hdsp 9652 with the latest driver (4.30) installed.

The 9652 does not have either. See manual.

well, that's a true bummer... is there a chance that the 9652 will see the loopback feature at least?

If you don't need all adat ports, you can create a loopback by connecting adat 3 in to out. A real loopback so to speak.
Depending on your fx needs, reverb and or delay can be created in software, in a standalone plugin host, like for example plug and mix, guitar rig etc.

That cool idea is described in the 9652 manual, chapter loopback.
