my main monitor speaker is Fostex PM1 and even though I read its manual,
I cannot fully find out, which level setting I should put it at.
whether it should be +4dBu, -10dBV, HiGain...?

it is active speakers and, at the moment it is set at +4dBu, control room, level section of 'main'.
