This product does not have hardware support for FX.
Do I have any options?
Only software EQ - or another device, e.g. Babyface Pro or UCX.

As in ditch the sc I have now and get another? Won't do that.
Only software EQ
Such as?
Thanks.
Software EQ like in your DAW (if you are recording etc) or an audio player with an eq or one that supports vst fx. There are many extremely good freeware eq's available.
But you don't mention what you want to use the eq for...
So, I can insert a 3rd party EQ in TMFX? Can someone explain how - can't find anything in the manual.
As outboard equipment not as a VST

No, only via software you are using on the computer either a daw or a player.
So, if my soundcard is getting signal from, say, youtube, the soundcard is feeding my mon. controller, and my mon. controller feeding my monitors.... there is no way to EQ that signal?
Connect a HW EQ, route the signal through the EQ in TotalMix
Nah, that's not a decent option.
Thanks anyway.
Play your YT videos with a player software that has an EQ. It seems VLC can do that.
Also, browser plugins exist, as far as a quick Google search reveals.

On mac you could investigate an application like "Audio Hijack"
It can hijack your music feed from youtube and process it
You can either EQ the feed inside that app or I believe it can load VSTs
