Topic: noob question: TRS Stereo in --> 2 Channel Mono

I think I know the answer but like to confirm with you.

I have a two channel wireless mic receiver:

The output is a 3.5 mm line jack:
TRS A+ / B+ / G (tip is channel A, ring is channel B)

If I input this into a line in of a fireface (e.g. Input 1/2) and switch that in TotalmixFX to mono, will I get two mono channels which are independent of each other?

I only have the old org. Babyface that does not have a stereo line in to test (it only has a mono Instrument in).

You need a split cable onto two TS plugs then it will work.
